Seldén Extension Link Toggle Eye-Fork
The Seldén Eye/Fork Extension Link Toggle (also known as an Eye/Fork Extension Link) is a precision-engineered stainless steel rigging component designed for Furlex jib furling and reefing systems on sailboats.
Machined from high-grade, saltwater-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel, it provides exceptional corrosion resistance and durability in marine environments.
Primary Purpose
On boats equipped with bow anchors, windlasses, or other deck obstructions, the roller furler's lower drum or bearing assembly may need to be raised for proper clearance. This extension link achieves that by extending the connection between the forestay and the furling system, preventing interference during anchoring or deck operations while maintaining safe, reliable furling performance.
