PSP Marine Tapes
PSP tapes are easy to spot: the packs carry the flag code Papa Sierra Papa. Made in Southampton, the ones we stock cover grip underfoot, sail trim and stowage.
Handy rolls and kits from PSP, for example:
- Safety Tread Tape, 25 mm embossed vinyl in black, white or semi-transparent, comfortable barefoot
- Soft Grip, 50 mm textured rubber for dinghies that peels off without residue
- Back to Back hook-and-loop tape, with hooks on one face and loops on the other, for stowage straps and sail ties
- Main Tales: Dacron discs and ripstop strips fitted along the mainsail leech
- Tell Tales in red and green wool with adhesive discs for headsails
Main Tales help trim upwind or on a reach; an extra row of Tell Tales suits a furling headsail.
