West System 405 Filleting Blend
A strong, wood-toned epoxy filler specially designed for making strong wood joints and epoxy fillets and due to its consistent brown color is ideal for naturally finished wood. It mixes easily with epoxy and creates smooth fillets that will need only a little sanding.
What is a fillet?
A fillet is a continuous bead of thickened epoxy applied to the interior joint angle between two parts. It increases the surface area of the bond and serves as a structural adhesive and brace. A fillet creates a very strong joint that requires no fasteners and is as strong as the material joined together.
405 Filleting Blend can also be blended with other West System fillers to modify the color or tone / shade of the epoxy mix. Compatible with all West System 105 Resin and hardener combinations as well as G/flex Epoxy 650 and G/5 Epoxy Adhesive.

Available in 150 g recommended for the 1.2 kg Epoxy A Pack and 700 g containers recommended for the 6.0 kg Epoxy B Pack.
1 pump of 105 resin + 1 pump of 205/206 hardener + 1 heaped scoop of 405 = peanut butter consistency (20 ml scoop included).
