Facet Dura-Lift 40237 24 V Electronic Fuel Pump
Solid state 24 V electronic fuel lift pump from the original Facet Dura-Lift range, part number 40237. On board, it suits marine generator sets, diesel lift and transfer, and fuel polishing and filtration systems, and works as a lift pump feeding the mechanical or high-pressure fuel pump of a marine diesel engine.
Suitable for diesel, petrol, biodiesel, E85 and other alcohol blends, and fuel additives. For 12 V systems, see the Facet Dura-Lift II 70101-02.
Solid State Reliability - no electrical contacts, no bearings and no diaphragms, with sealed electronics, transient protection and reverse polarity protection. The pressure is self-regulating, so there is nothing to adjust.
Easy to Install - two-bolt mounting, with vertical mounting preferred to keep the rated pressure. The pump is self-priming to a dry lift of about 3 m, has 1/8-27 NPTF female ports and connects with 2 flying leads.
Easy to Service - built-in 80 micron stainless steel filter inside a transparent screw-on bowl, so the filter can be checked at a glance and cleaned instead of replaced. A spare stainless steel filter and a replacement filter bowl are sold separately.
Helps Prevent Vapour Lock - mounted close to the fuel tank, the pump pushes fuel under pressure to equipment up to about 3 m above the tank, which helps prevent vapour lock in hot weather.
