Stainless Steel hardware for stern mounting the Air-X and Air Breeze Marine generator.

Includes:

  • 1 x Tilting Mast Base
  • 2 x Saddle Clamps
  • 2 x Stay Base

This kit does not include the stainless poles which must be purchased separately.

Transport costs for the poles would be more expensive than purchasing the poles locally, which can normally be found at most stainless steel dealers at low cost. We recommend 316 stainless pipe for ultimate resistance to corrosion, aluminium pipe can also be used or lower grade 304 stainless when 316 is not available.

Pole requirements:

  • 1 x mast 2.5m - 3.7m with 48mm outside diameter

2.8mm wall thickness for stainless (recommended)

3.5mm wall thickness for aluminum (recommended)

  • 2 x stays  2.5m-3.7m each with 25mm outside diameter

2.41mm wall thickness for stainless (recommended)

3.18mm wall thickness for aluminum (recommended)
