Remoran
On a cruising boat, Remoran's Wave 3 turns boat speed into battery charge. It starts generating at 3 knots and keeps working at night or under cloud, when solar panels stop.
The hydrogenerator and its fittings, among others:
- Wave 3 hydrogenerator, 300 W, for 12 or 24 V systems with lead-acid, AGM, gel or lithium batteries
- Standard and long rail kits; the long rail lets the unit retract clear of the water
- A three-blade replacement propeller
- The PR-01 protection relay, which protects the charger from overvoltage
- A feed-through connector kit with an Amphenol Ecomate Aquarius plug
The telescopic leg adjusts from 680 to 980 mm and the mount suits transoms sloping up to 40°, so it fits most sterns without adapters.
