Ronstan Orbit Blocks™ 30 mm - 55 mm
Ronstan Ball Bearing Orbit Blocks™ feature the unique orbital version of the Ronstan 2 stage bearing system. Recirculating ball bearings are positioned exclusively in the loaded area of the sheave and a second full contact bearing maintains low friction across the full working load range. Combined with composite reinforced polymer materials, Orbit Blocks™ offer maximum strength to weight ratio for high load and dynamic applications.
Available with conventional stainless steel shackles as well as and a Dyneema® link attachments for even more weight saving.
Manufactured from high-grade SK78 fibre, the The Dyneema® link is easily fitted and secured by the moulded retainer clip. The flexible link allows limited articulation in a 0° or 90° orientation, while more conventional swivel head models with stainless steel shackles provide full rotation and ultimate durability.
C-Cleat™ versions use carbon fibre for maximum strength and low weight. C-Cleat™ arms are adjustable over a wide range of angles and feature calibration marks for easy adjustment to the optimum angle.
