D-Splicer Soft Dyneema Fid
Simple solution for splicing ropes with a very compact construction, where a traditional fid will not fit under the cover.
The D-Splicer Soft Fid features a length of very strong thin Dyneema on one end combined with a white hollow cover on the other end. The white hollow cover end clamps your rope and allows pulling it through the rope.
Available in three models.
- S-4 Small Soft Fid - 1 metre of 3 mm red Dyneema + 60 cm of cover, ideal for 4-8 mm ropes.
- S-8 Medium Soft Fid - 1.2 metres of 4 mm silver Dyneema + 60 cm of cover, ideal for 8-12 mm ropes.
- S-12 Large Soft Fid - 1.3 metres of blue 4 mm blue Dyneema + 60 cm of cover, ideal for 12-18 mm ropes.
