Actisense NGT-1-USB - NMEA 2000 to USB Converter
The NGT-1-USB is an intelligent NMEA 2000 gateway able to safely transfer data between the NMEA 2000 network and USB equipped computer. Perfect for PC based navigation software such as Maxsea, Timezero and OpenCPN.
The Actisense NGT-1-USB is also great for setting up a NMEA 2000 network as well as troubleshooting and configuring connected devices or updating firmware of Actisense equipment connected to the network.
Free Software NMEA Reader Software and SDK
Actisense offers free NMEA Reader software which can display all devices active on the network and all of the data messages flowing between them. A great tool to better understand the network and help diagnose potential network issues.
For developers a free Software Development Kit (SDK) is also available for creating software applications that can fully interact with an NMEA 2000® network, its devices and its data.
The NGT-1-USB takes its power directly from the PC USB port and removes the need for a separate power supply.
