Ultraflex
Lost motion is the slack between moving a shift or throttle lever and the engine responding. Ultraflex designed the core of its patented MACH cables to keep that slack to a minimum.
Features of the MACH Zero cable include:
- The MACH Zero control cable, Universal style like the C2 and C8, for outboard, inboard and sterndrive engines
- C8 versions from 10 to 20 ft, sold each, with other lengths on request
- An 87 mm (3.4") maximum stroke
- A highly flexible conduit with a reduced bend radius for long, complex routings
- Stainless steel end fittings and a blue outer jacket that resists abrasion, UV and chemicals
Maintenance free by design, it is worth considering when a long run from helm to engine needs a new shift or throttle cable.
