Product Returns
Returns within 21 days
We accept returns for any reason. You can return new, unused items within 21 days of delivery, whether the item is defective or not. We understand that when buying online you may occasionally order the wrong item, or the product may not be what you were expecting.
We don't offer exchanges; please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Condition of returned items
We need to be able to resell the item, so it must be returned in "as new", resaleable condition, complete with its original packaging, instructions, manuals and any plastic enclosures or inserts.
You may open the package to inspect the item, just as you would in a shop. If the item has been used beyond that, or if parts or packaging are missing, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss of value.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items cut or prepared to length, such as cable and rope
- Items made or adapted to your specifications, and special orders for products not listed on our store, which are supplied under the terms agreed in your quote
- Items of a delicate nature which cannot be returned once opened, such as opened chemicals, paints, resins, sealants and silicones, or sealed electrical circuits that require special handling once the seal has been broken
How to return an item
- Contact us through our contact page, quoting your order number
- Write your order number on the outside of the return parcel, or include it inside
- Send the item by post to our warehouse address below, unless we have arranged a collection

Return postage and refunds
Change-of-mind returns: if you return your whole order, we refund the item price and the delivery charge up to the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option (any extra paid for express delivery is not refunded). For partial returns, delivery charges are not refunded. For deliveries outside the EU, delivery charges are non-refundable. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Wrong or faulty items: if we sent you the wrong item, or the item is faulty, we refund the original delivery charge in full, and we pay the return postage or arrange collection.
- There is no restocking fee
- We issue a full refund of the item price within 7 days of receiving the returned item, and we always aim to do this as quickly as possible
